Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will try to update the address. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to reroute it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation once your order is on the way.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed before shipment. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays are outside of our control. Use your tracking link for the latest delivery updates. Contact us if your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted according to our Returns + Exchanges Policy. Items must meet all eligibility requirements.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchange availability depends on current inventory. Because SHYDIVA releases in limited quantities, the item or color you want may sell out before an exchange is processed.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

What material is MILA made from?
MILA is made from vegan leather and structured crescent silhouette.
What are MILA’s dimensions?
MILA measures approximately 15.7 inches long, 7.9 inches high, and 4.9 inches deep.
Is the strap adjustable?
Yes. MILA includes an adjustable shoulder to top handle strap.
What fits inside MILA?
MILA is designed for everyday essentials and includes two interior pockets, one zippered pocket and one open pocket.
Why does MILA’s shape look different depending on what I’m carrying?
MILA has a soft, flexible structure, so her shape shifts based on what is placed inside. A fuller bag will look more structured and expanded, while a lighter load will create softer folds and a more relaxed shape. This is normal and part of MILA’s design.
How should I care for my MILA bag?
Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, excess moisture, direct heat, and prolonged sunlight. Store MILA in its dust bag and use filler paper when needed to help maintain its shape.

Are Shydiva products limited?
Many SHYDIVA releases are produced in small quantities. Some colors or styles may sell out.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
Some styles may return, while others may remain limited. Restock updates will be shared through email and SHYDIVA social channels.
