Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed before shipment and usually take 24-48 hours. Processing times may increase during launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
TRACKING
You will receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
DELAYS
Shipping carrier delays are outside of SHYDIVA's control. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment details with you.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address if your order has not entered shipment processing. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to guarantee address changes or package rerouting.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and any secure package locations. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier first and then contact SHYDIVA with your order number and tracking information.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, additional shipping fees may apply before the order is sent again.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees depend on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
